Delete your Uncooked account

Uncooked: Repost Remover, by ANYKA LLC. You can delete your account in the app in a few taps, or ask us by e-mail if you no longer have the app.

Fastest: in the app

1. Open Uncooked.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate on our side.

No app anymore? Ask us by e-mail

1. Write to support@uncked.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Send it from the e-mail address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with. With Sign in with Apple, it may be a private relay address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com: tell us that address.
3. We reply to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Never signed in? Then no e-mail is linked to your guest profile. Delete it from the app (Settings → Account), or write to us and we will help.

What gets deleted

• Your Uncooked account, your devices and guest profiles, your plan and purchase records on our side, your bonuses, invite code and code redemptions.
• The hashed TikTok username linked to your account, your post-bonus submissions and your feedback messages.
• Your customer record at RevenueCat, our purchase-validation provider.

What is kept

• Anonymous aggregated counters that cannot identify you.
• An anti-abuse record: the salted hash of your TikTok username and which offer it used (invite or Post-on-TikTok bonus), unlinked from you, so the same TikTok account cannot claim either offer twice. Kept as long as the offer exists.

Before you go

• Deleting your Uncooked account does not change anything on TikTok and does not restore reposts.
• It does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• The cleanup history on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app, or with Erase history in the app.
