Terms of Use
Last updated 23 October 2026
The short version
- Uncooked is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
- It works on your own TikTok account, from your own phone, by doing the taps you would do yourself, only when you ask.
- TikTok's terms may restrict automated activity. You use Uncooked at your own discretion and your own risk. We cannot promise that TikTok will not limit your account or change its site.
- Daily limits apply. Paid plans raise them. Purchases, renewals and refunds go through the App Store or Google Play.
The summary does not replace the terms below.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a contract between you and ANYKA LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, the publisher of Uncooked: Repost Remover ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old, which is also TikTok's minimum age. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and to any purchase.
On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to maintain or support the app; Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
2. The service
Uncooked lets you remove reposts from your own TikTok profile in bulk. You sign in to TikTok on TikTok's own website inside a web view embedded in the app. The app opens your Reposts tab, counts the reposts, lets you choose which to remove, and taps "Remove repost" on each one, visibly, at a human pace, while the app is open in the foreground.
Uncooked does not use a TikTok API, does not post, like, follow or comment on your behalf, and never acts on an account other than the one you signed in to. A demo mode with sample data lets you try every screen without connecting an account; it changes nothing on TikTok.
3. Third-party service: TikTok
Uncooked operates on your TikTok account through TikTok's website, using the session you create by signing in. Uncooked is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd., used here only to describe the service the app works with.
You are responsible for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, which may restrict automated interaction. You acknowledge that:
- TikTok may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or otherwise act on your account as a result of actions performed with Uncooked, and we have no control over that;
- TikTok may change its website at any time, which can make Uncooked stop working, partly or entirely, without notice;
- removed reposts may take 24 to 72 hours to disappear everywhere on TikTok, and TikTok's caches may temporarily show them again;
- the app performs only actions you request, on content in your own account, at the pace and within the limits described in the app.
The pacing, breaks, daily limits and automatic pauses exist to reduce the risk of restrictions; they do not eliminate it. You use Uncooked at your own discretion and your own risk.
4. How the app acts on your device
Everything that touches TikTok happens on your phone, inside your own session, the same way your own taps would. The app downloads a small configuration (page element names and timing values) so we can adapt when TikTok changes its pages; it never downloads executable code. We may remotely pause removals for everyone (a "maintenance" state) when TikTok's site changes, until an update is available.
5. Your Uncooked profile and account
Every install gets a guest profile tied to a random identifier on your device. You can sign in with Apple or Google to keep your plan and bonuses across phones and to get an invite code. One Uncooked account per person. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple or Google account. You can delete your Uncooked account at any time in Settings; this does not change anything on TikTok.
6. Daily limits and plans
Removals are counted per calendar day (reset at 00:00 UTC, shown in the app as a countdown). The limits at launch are:
| Plan | Removals per day |
|---|---|
| Guest (no sign-in) | 50, plus bonuses |
| Signed in | 100, plus permanent bonuses |
| Pro (weekly or monthly subscription) | 1,000 |
| Power (weekly subscription) | 3,000 |
| Lifetime (one-time payment) | 1,000 (the Pro level, for the life of the app) |
A paid plan is a floor: you are never worse off than a free user with bonuses. Only verified removals count toward the limit. Demo removals never count. We may change limits, plans or bonus rules for future periods; we will announce changes in the app, and changes never reduce a period you have already paid for.
A limit is a cap on what the app will attempt, not a promise that TikTok will accept that many removals on a given day.
7. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
All purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm. We never receive your payment details.
- Subscriptions (Pro, Power) renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal, for the Pro level for as long as Uncooked is available on the stores.
- Restore your purchases from the paywall if you change phones (same store account).
- Refunds are decided and issued by Apple or Google according to their policies; we cannot issue them ourselves. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you agree that paid features are delivered immediately after purchase.
- Subscription fees pay for the app's features and are not conditional on TikTok's availability or on a particular number of successful removals.
Purchase validation uses RevenueCat (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Free removals: invites, promo codes, Post-on-TikTok
Bonuses raise your daily limit. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Referrals never pay money. The following rules apply, in addition to what the app shows:
- Invites. A signed-in user has an invite code. A user who redeems a friend's invite code gets +100 removals a day permanently; the inviter gets +100 a day once that user completes a first real removal. An invite code can be redeemed at any time. Each person, and each TikTok account, can redeem only one invite code, ever; you cannot redeem your own code, and the same person, device or TikTok account cannot be on both sides of an invite. At most 10 friends count toward your limit.
- Promo codes are issued by us, have an expiry and a maximum number of uses, and may be limited to signed-in users.
- Post-on-TikTok. You post the video generated by the app, from your connected TikTok account, with #uncooked in the caption, keep it public for 30 days, and submit its link in the app. This unlocks a permanent bonus of +100 removals per day, once per Uncooked account and once per TikTok account. Videos from another account, deleted videos or bought engagement cancel the bonus.
- Fraud (fake or duplicate accounts, device farming, bought engagement, exploiting a bug) voids all related bonuses, and may lead to account termination. We may hold a bonus while we review it.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Uncooked on a TikTok account you do not own or do not have the owner's explicit permission to manage;
- use it to harass anyone or to interfere with anyone else's content;
- try to bypass daily limits, pacing, the kill switch or purchase checks, or to access our servers other than through the app;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it;
- use the app if you are under 13.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its name, design, animations, text and code belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own, for your own TikTok account, under these Terms. Your cleanup history and exports are yours. Open-source components are listed in Settings → About with their licences.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time, including because TikTok changed its site or because a store requires it. We do not guarantee that the app is available, uninterrupted or error-free. If we discontinue the app, we will say so in the app and on the website with reasonable notice.
12. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or if we must do so by law. Where we terminate without cause during a paid period, we will ask the store to refund the unused part, to the extent the store allows it. Sections 3, 10, 13 to 16 survive termination.
13. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise that it will achieve a particular result, that TikTok will accept the removals, that reposts will not reappear, or that your TikTok account will not be limited. Nothing in these Terms removes the statutory guarantees you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, including, for consumers in France, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under the French Consumer Code.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us through the stores in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect losses, for actions TikTok takes on your account, or for data you lose because your device was reset or the app uninstalled. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything that the law does not allow to be limited.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer and live in the European Union (including France) or in another country whose law gives consumers mandatory protection, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Please contact us first at support@uncked.com; we try to resolve every issue directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Otherwise the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version and its date are published in the app and on the website; for material changes, the app shows a notice before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new Terms.
